FastTools provides free online tools for file processing, including but not limited to:

• PDF manipulation (merge, split, compress)
• Image processing (compress, resize, convert)
• Utility tools (QR code generator, password generator, color picker, Base64 encoder)

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload or process files containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload files containing viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to excessively access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3.2 File Content

You are solely responsible for the files you process. You must:

• Have the legal right to process the files you upload
• Not upload copyrighted material without permission
• Not upload personal data of others without consent
• Ensure files do not violate any third-party rights

4. Service Limitations

4.1 File Size Limits

Free tier users are subject to the following limits:

• Maximum file size: 10MB per file
• Maximum files per operation: 10 files
• Processing time: Subject to server availability

4.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• Specific uptime percentages
• Preservation of processed files beyond the immediate download

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Files processed on the server are automatically deleted after processing
• Client-side processing means files never leave your device
• We do not permanently store your files
• We collect anonymous usage data for service improvement

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by FastTools or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to files you process using our Service. By using the Service, you do not grant us any rights to your files beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKTOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, files, or work product
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0 for free tier users).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastTools and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Files you upload or process
